Yarrabah Arts and Cultural Precinct will host the 12th IACA Conference held at the end of October 2017. IACA members gain great insights from visiting other member art centres and enjoy the cultural exchange of being on country.

The Yarrabah Arts & Cultural Precinct is a dynamic space which incorporates an established Arts Centre and a Museum.  The creation of this Arts Precinct has focused attention on Yarrabah as a cultural hub for artistic excellence, social cohesion and economic development that also showcase the Yarrabah Communities cultural identity and history.

The Art Centre was established to provide facilities for local artists to create art and craft; including ceramics, painting, weaving and textile designs. Well known for its pottery the Yarrabah Arts Centre continues to produce outstanding ceramics and is increasing its presence in the Local, National and International Indigenous visual art market.
