The Indigenous Art Centre Alliance (IACA) is seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead our organisation, which represents First Nations community-based art centres across Far North Queensland and the Torres Strait.

IACA is guided by its members—our programs and services reflect their aspirations and priorities. As CEO, you will lead a dynamic team and work closely with our First Nations-led Board to implement our strategic vision, strengthen our sustainability, and amplify the voices of our member art centres at every level.

This is a unique opportunity for an established or emerging First Nations leader to drive meaningful change and champion a thriving network of self-determined, community-based art centres across the region.

We encourage applications from candidates with diverse leadership experiences. IACA embraces flexibility and is open to innovative leadership models, including the possibility of a co-CEO arrangement.
